Wealth Builders Fellowship
The Wealth Builders Fellowship is a year-long, cohort-based program equipping underserved high school students with the financial confidence, leadership skills, and exposure they need to break cycles of generational poverty. Students engage in monthly full-day Saturday sessions at professional locations across metro Atlanta, gaining hands-on experiences that connect financial literacy to real-world opportunities.
Core Purpose:
• Break cycles of generational poverty by equipping youth with financial knowledge and confidence
• Provide transformative exposure to professional environments that expand students’ vision of what’s possible
• Build leadership, resilience, and decision-making skills essential for lifelong success
• Create networks of mentorship and alumni support that guide students beyond high school
• Ensure equity by removing barriers such as cost, transportation, and access to opportunities
Why It Matters:
Underserved youth face systemic barriers like predatory financial practices, limited exposure to professional networks, and lack of role models. The Fellowship creates transformational experiences that empower students to make better decisions, develop a vision for their future, and gain the confidence to achieve it.

- 95% of participants from low- to moderate-income households
- At least 80% program completion rate
- Ongoing alumni mentorship and career/education advancement tracking
- Increased confidence with money management, decision-making, and leadership

Host Locations
Our Fellowship thrives on real-world exposure. Each month, students gather at a different professional site to experience first-hand how money, leadership, and decision-making show up in the real world. By opening your doors, you give students more than a meeting space you give them access to environments they may otherwise never encounter.

Student Sponsorships
A $1,800 sponsorship covers a student’s full participation in the 12-month Wealth Builders Fellowship. This investment removes financial barriers and allows students to focus fully on learning, growth, and leadership development.
